On the following screens a RED border signifies a ready mixed adhesive, a BLUE border signifies a cement based powder adhesive, a GREEN border signifies grouts and a PURPLE border signifies a levelling compound.

As a general rule the performance of any grout used must be at least equal to the performance of the adhesive used. The type of adhesive required will also depend on the type of tile being used.
